about

Composed between 1981-1982. First the story built on John Lennon song lyrics.Final shape appeared now. The story about creating new songs and ideas. Composed in the friendly surroudings of lakes and forests of Mazurian Lake District.

lyrics

The mornings are rolling like stones from the hill
The evenings are climbing slow as the turtles
The passing days diverged what I feel
The starry nights got it composed

Chorus
Hundreds of days have passed away
Millions of thoughts sparkled ideas
The futile or fruitful sometimes appeared
The only aim was the song

The moths gathered around row men heads
Oars are rowing in deep and dense waters
The dark blue skies reflected in their depths
Hefty but witty is the work itself

Chorus
Hundreds of days have passed away
Millions of thoughts sparkled ideas
The futile or fruitful sometimes appeared
The only aim was the song

The poet and row man has come to the shore
The guests are coming to greet them
Eventually is the rowing the sole goal
The only aim was the song itself
